Standard packages

 

Both 3-month and 6-month packages provide on-going coaching sessions and periodic check-in calls. Sessions are currently being held virtually. Options for in-person sessions for individuals residing in the Northern Virginia/DC metro area will be available in the future.


Personalized packages

Packages of different lengths and frequency can be created for your individual needs.
